 Watches and accessories :

We apply the manufactuers' contractual guarantee, unless exceptions. All our watches ( except exceptions below) are guarantieed 2 years, repairs taken under guarentee .If the product doesn't exist anymore, it will be exchanged against an equivalent model and of the same value. The forwarding of the parcel is under the custumer's responsability and charge. 

 Watches that are not sold by Jewelrama :

 We ensure the after-sales service and the guaranty against postage and labour expenses on demand. 

Promotions Watches ant without brand articles :

 Guarantee 3 months. Immediate exchange against identical or equivalent model. Echange immédiat contre modèle identique ou équivalent. 

 Jewelrama changes your batteries and accessories (bracelets) by our qualified team. All brands.
